Pre-Construction Services
Great Projects Don't Start with a Quote. They Start with a Plan.
At Everose Group, every successful renovation begins long before the first nail is driven. Our pre-construction process ensures your project is properly designed, accurately priced, and fully prepared before construction ever begins, protecting your investment and eliminating the surprises that derail renovations.
We move every project through three defined phases. This isn't a formality. It's how we deliver results that hold up.

Our Process
Phase 1: Initial Consultation & Site Evaluation
Where every project begins.
Tyler meets with you on-site to walk the property, understand your goals, and give you an honest assessment of what's possible. This isn't a sales visit—it's a working conversation with an experienced professional who will tell you what he sees, not just what you want to hear.
What's included:
-
Full walkthrough and evaluation of the space
-
Discussion of your goals, timeline, and constraints
-
Identification of structural and code considerations
-
Preliminary feasibility feedback
A consultation fee applies for this visit. If you move forward into pre-construction planning, that fee is credited toward Phase 2.
Phase 2: Pre-Construction Planning
Where concepts become buildable plans.
This is where the real work happens. Tyler develops the full foundation your project needs—documentation, coordination, scope, and budget—so that when construction begins, everyone knows exactly what's being built and what it costs.
What's included:
-
Documentation of existing conditions
-
Coordination with architects and engineers as needed
-
Structural considerations identified and addressed
-
Preliminary construction scope
-
Budget estimate based on real drawings
-
Permit preparation support
-
Detailed proposal reviewed line by line with you
Pre-construction planning is a separate, fee-based service. Many clients find this phase alone saves them from costly surprises down the road.
Phase 3: Construction Contract
Where plans become reality.
With design finalized, engineering complete, and pricing confirmed, we execute. No guesswork, no moving targets. The project is defined—which means fewer change orders, cleaner timelines, and a smoother build from start to finish.
What's included:
-
Fixed-price or cost-plus construction contract
-
Permit submission and management
-
Dedicated project manager on-site daily
-
Full construction through final walkthrough
-
1-year material warranty / 5-year labor warranty
Why This Process Matters
Most renovation problems- budget overruns, delays, miscommunication- trace back to a project that wasn't properly defined before construction started. Our three-phase approach changes that.
By the time we break ground, you've had an expert evaluate your space, reviewed every line of the scope, and approved a plan built on real drawings and real numbers.
That's not how every contractor operates. It's how we do.
Ready to get started? The first step is a conversation.
